Stress is a very big contribution towards an individuals lack of well-being. Mindfulness is a way of being able to manage the level of stress we experience in our lives. Mindfulness is a skill that can be learned and used by everyone. Come along to this FREE session to find out more! Everyone welcome: parents, carers, grandparents, friends, neighbours!
