Amount of PPG received per pupil - £1,320 (2016/17)
Total amount of PPG received Financial 2016/17- £41,180
Total amount of PPG received Financial 2015-16 - £33,969
            Therefore, amount of PPG received for Academic 2015/16 - £36,974

Total amount of PPG received Financial 2016/17- £41,180

Nature of support 2016/17

Support is tailored to the individual needs of the student. Students may be offered:

  • learning support
  • 1-1 and small group study to aid learning
  • pastoral support
  • small group reading support
  • licence for e books to enhance reading progress
  • lunchtime clubs
  • parent and pupil after school clubs
  • additional support from Parent Involvement Worker
  • specialised training for teaching staff
  • ipads and technical support for families at homee
  • financial support for uniform, equipment, residentials and school visits, music tuition ...

Measuring the impact of PPG spending

Eldwick Primary School will:

  • measure the impact of the interventions by tracking the progress of the pupil premium pupils on a termly basis
  • measure the success of pupils at the end of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 relative to their school targets and against threshold measures
  • report to Governors about the progress of disadvantaged pupils at each Curriculum and Pastoral meeting and be held accountable to the named Disadvantage Governors at termly meeting
