School Water Bottle

At Eldwick Primary School, we are committed to promoting a healthy, inclusive, and supportive environment for all our children. To support this, when then start school, every child is provided with a school water bottle, funded by the ESA to use throughout the day.

These bottles are part of our wider effort to promote a sense of community and equality. By using the same bottle across the school, we help avoid any pressure around brands or expensive alternatives—allowing children to focus on what’s most important: learning, staying hydrated, and feeling part of our caring school family.

We kindly ask that children use their school water bottle rather than bringing one from home. To make their bottle feel personal, children are encouraged to decorate it as they wish (e.g. with stickers or drawings), and we ask that each bottle is clearly labelled with your child’s name.

If a replacement is needed, school water bottles can be purchased from the school office for £1.30.

Thank you for supporting this initiative and helping us build a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for every child.

September 2025

Dear families,

We’re pleased to let you know that when the children return to school in September, every child will be given a new school water bottle to use throughout the day.

We’re providing these bottles to help promote a sense of community and equality across the school. By using the same water bottle, we can avoid any pressure or comparison around branded or high-cost bottles, and focus on what really matters—learning, staying healthy, and being part of a caring, inclusive school.

We kindly ask that children use their school water bottle rather than bringing one from home.

Thank you for your support in helping us foster a positive and supportive environment for all our pupils.
